After the tour, it will take a few days before you receive the asbestos certificate.
Our core region is around Tervuren but we are, however, active in other parts of Flanders.
Depending on the size of the property and the number of asbestos-containing materials present, a tour takes between 1 to 2 hours.
An asbestos certificate is valid indefinitely when no asbestos-containing materials are found. If such materials are detected, the certificate is valid for 10 years but may be limited to a validity period of 5 years if one or more high-risk asbestos-containing materials are present.
We are required by law to take samples from asbestos suspect applications, these samples are taken from discrete places without causing unnecessary damage.
